Mental Health isn't talked about in a everyday basis as it should be talked about. I used my Twitter Spaces account to host weekly Mental Health Check-In Sessions Every Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8:30pm EST. I have created my own movement that I pray reaches a bigger audience in need of listening, sharing, speaking, and networking with others using audio and not video settings.
Mental Health Check-In Sessions hasn't just helped me with speaking and sharing with others but has reached worldwide audience and helped others. I strive everyday in helping others because that is something that I enjoy and comfortable doing. To listen to others go through good or bad battles and help them over an audio system touches my heart. I have hosted certain sessions where I personally don't know individuals but tears are brought to my eyes knowing that starting my movement brings them comfort to come on Twitter Spaces, listening and sharing.
